ICE CREAM (B)- Is a seamount located on the west side of Saipan that is home to eels and octopus. Swimming slow circles around the site you will have plenty of time to explore every inch of this beautiful site.
It is not uncommon for a couple of Eagle Rays to visit the site. They are skittish though and the best way to view them is by letting them approach you instead of the other way around. The base of the seamount is at 50-60 feet and the top at 18 feet.
Visibility: 40ft - 100ft
Current: None to Moderate. When the swells are South, West or Southwest you can feel them underwater creating a Waltz effect.
