One of the most popular tourist stops on Saipan is Managaha Island. Getting there is a little steep ($35 for adults, $25 for children) and it can get a little crowded, but the snorkeling and beaches are some of the best on island. Baby black tip sharks are often seen while snorkeling.
Keep in mind: Feeding the fish on Managaha is prohibited.
